Account Deletion

Kach allows you to permanently delete your account from inside the app. If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by email.

Delete your account in Kach

1. Sign in to the Kach account you want to delete.
2. Open Profile.
3. Open Settings.
4. Under Account, select Delete Account.
5. Read the confirmation and confirm permanent deletion.

Deletion is irreversible. If a technical failure prevents required account or media cleanup, Kach may show an error so you can retry or contact support rather than reporting a deletion that did not complete.

Request deletion without app access

Email conxconx199@gmail.com from the email address associated with your Kach account.

Use the subject Kach account deletion request and include:

• the account email address;
• the display name, if known; and
• a brief explanation if you no longer have access to the account email.

We may request additional information needed to verify that you control the account. Do not email a password, identity-document image, payment information, or verification code.

Data removed with the account

When deletion completes, Kach removes the account and associated active data from its systems, including:

• authentication account and profile;
• listings and uploaded listing or profile media;
• direct messages and chat media associated with the account;
• reviews, favorites, follows, interests, saved searches, and blocks;
• in-app notifications and registered push tokens; and
• local Kach drafts and draft media when deletion is performed in the app on that device.

Kach may retain only limited records reasonably needed for legal compliance, safety investigations, fraud or abuse prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement of Kach policies. Protected backups and security logs are removed through their normal rotation. Information another user independently copied or stored outside Kach cannot be deleted by Kach.

Deleting your Kach account does not itself delete your Google or Apple account. Where supported, Kach will revoke its social sign-in access as part of account deletion. You can also review and revoke connected-app access in your Google or Apple account settings.
